The Centre for Applied Biomedical Experimental Research (CREBA) is a scientific and technical infrastructure affiliated with IRBLleida, specialising in translational biomedical research, advanced surgical training and the development of new healthcare technologies. The centre has extensive experience in the use of porcine models for experimental research, procedure validation and preclinical evaluation of medical devices, thanks to their high anatomical and physiological similarity to humans.
